beginner Flow
Whether you’re absolutely new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class provides you with many helpful pointers to make your Yoga practice stronger, more accessible and fun. As we move through some of the most basic Yoga postures and sequences, we break down proper breath, body alignment and activation.
Questions are encouraged as we are all here to learn!
Studio temperatures will get up to 85 - 95 degrees.

60 minutes to flow, chill, laugh and have fun while connecting to your breath. A class crafted for you to achieve your Yoga high without maximum effort.
