A power Vinyasa Class where we focus on elevating the connection between your mind and body.

60 minutes for yourself.

We show you how to Love your personal growth and development.

Through Breath and movement we are able to appreciate what our true powers are.

This class includes full body flows with an emphasis on creativity and self expression.

Yin by Candlelight

”Begin to release myofascia’s grip on you”.

Enjoy a candle lit setting partnered with a beautiful sound track to help turn your frequency to “self-Love and care”.

This class is a chance to go internal.

Tune in to all the parts of your body you may neglect or over use.

Your body does so much for you.

Show appreciation by slowing things down a bit.

Breathe deep as your lead through a slower pace of postures with an emphasis on longer holds and relaxing all muscle’s in the body.

We’ll help you develop your flexibility

while realizing your muscle’s full potential.

beginner Flow

Whether you’re absolutely new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class provides you with many helpful pointers to make your Yoga practice stronger, more accessible and fun. As we move through some of the most basic Yoga postures and sequences, we break down proper breath, body alignment and activation.

Questions are encouraged as we are all here to learn!

FUNctional Flow

Incorporating functional, practical and fun movements for your body. This semi-non-traditional Yoga class connects you to your breath and guides you through unique and challenging flows.

We focus more on our breath and acceptance than we do what poses we can and cannot do.

We offer many progressions and modifications throughout the class that help you take your Yoga practice to the next level.

This is your chance to integrate arm balances and inversions into your everyday practice.

Breathe, Sweat, Feel challenged and have Fun!

Chill FloW

Just as the name suggests.

60 minutes to flow, chill, laugh and have fun while connecting to your breath. A class crafted for you to achieve your Yoga high without maximum effort.

All levels are welcome to attend this class.
