Joshua Martin

Joshua has always been a movement enthusiast. His mind and body are always at work. A long time personal trainer, Joshua discovered his true passion in 2013. Yoga transformed his life on and off the mat. Since then he has dedicated himself to his practice and travel to better serve those around the world. Along with breathing, meditation, and positivity he offers a wide array of Yoga gifts. He loves teaching high intensity power flows with dynamic movements while still showcasing the benefits of adopting an introspective Yin approach to life. He has a unique perspective on the world and believes his true gift is helping his students get to know themselves better. He knows the importance of self confidence and self exploration. Although some of his techniques are unorthodox and non-traditional, he stresses the importance of being able to identify the difference between your mind and body. Once you’re open to new ideas you can then go deeper into improving your relationship to both of these areas and ultimately achieve whatever it is you want out of this life. His emphasis on having a healthy body is only matched by the importance he puts on first having a healthy interaction with the mind. He is always eager to help as many people as he can achieve a balance in their life that works best for them.

“If you are not enjoying yourself along the way to reaching your goals, chances are you have the wrong goals.”

Angela Wilson

Angela discovered power yoga in 1998 at 22 years old as she was grieving the loss of her close cousin, Danielle. Yoga quickly became her therapy and she realized the more she showed up, the stronger she got both physically & mentally. As she started to heal, she knew she had to share this practice with as many people as possible. Ang got certified to teach power vinyasa in 2002 and the rest is history! She hasn’t stopped sharing her love for yoga ever since.

In 2011, she opened her first hot yoga studio and ran it for ten years. March 2020 changed many things so she closed both locations in 2021 and moved the studio online. Shortly after, she packed up her house in Pennsylvania and moved to the sunshine state for a fresh start! She currently lives in Osprey with her amazing husband Chris and their new puppy Luna & Reginald.
